Trustmarque Solutions are the UK’s Number 1 software licensing specialist, with over 18 years dedicated software licensing experience. In recent years, Trustmarque has experienced rapid growth and, as such, required systems that could support the growing needs of the business. Initially, Trustmarque needed to replace a bespoke inhouse system, which was becoming difficult and expensive to maintain. The company wanted a packaged solution, which could replace the existing system, as well as deliver additional benefits in terms of integration and reporting. Trustmarque’s requirements were complex. Their existing in-house solution managed all their contact data, orders, vendor pricing agreements, purchasing and invoicing. In addition, they needed to store a large number of license agreements within the system and use these to pre-calculate pricing whenever an Account Manager generates a quote. Due to extremely high business volumes, the purchasing element of the solution would have to handle up to 1200 invoices a week for one vendor alone, and to consolidate those for efficiency.
